Intro

My name is Victor and I mainly work on building social safety nets at SafetyWing. Right now, I'm leading our efforts to build a global medical provider network.

I live between France and the US, you'll find various interests of mine here, such as:

• human & economic history
• how technology reshapes human coordination and behaviour
• cities, urbanism
• institutions for the new age
• making people own the economy & the return of cooperatives
• networks and complex systems
• governance in the intelligence age

My goal is to post unpolished ideas, very frequently. Realistically, I might only write once a week or so.

I also intend to show other interests of mine, such as books and music.
